Long Win Thinking

The Long Win offers a different way of thinking and pursuing success, that is not just about ticking a new set of boxes but about a new philosophy and approach for our personal and professional lives.

The book contains lots of questions and some tools to support you to develop Long Win Thinking. This website offers you further materials to support you on your Long Win journey.

Reflecting on & redefining what success means to you:

Reflection questions can help us to reimagine and redefine success whether personal or professional, business, sport or education.

Expanded thinking:

We need to help reframe and expand our thinking in order to avoid binary thinking, either-or patterns and being ‘fixed’ or ‘stuck’ in our thoughts which constrain us and prevent us from exploring what we’re capable of achieving with others around us.

The language we use can show us where our thinking is closed and where it is more expansive. Download this ‘Long Win Language’ sheet to reflect on whether the way you speak at work or at home is based on ‘short win thinking’ or ‘long win thinking’ patterns. Try and bring the language of ‘The Long Win’ into your daily conversations, emails and thinking.
